"These Four Motets for Mixed Chorus are, in the main set for SSATB. They require a competent choir to sing them well as they are reasonably chromatic. The word setting is extremely fine and the Motets are best performed unaccompanied, although a keyboard accompaniment is included should circumstances demand that an accompaniment is required.
